VillaGok brick oven - Pizza
19-aug-2005: The very first pizza from the oven! It was baked in an aluminium pan and was ready in about two minutes.
19-aug-2005: The last pizza prepared this evening. It was baked directly on the hearth, which had cooled down a bit. This definitely gave the best result (but the others were very good, too!)
27-dec-2005: A ham and mozarella pizza. Due to the low temperature, the pizzas were steaming when they came out of the oven - but I wasn't fast enough with the camera to catch this detail... :-)
