VillaGok brick oven - Winter cooking
This picture is taken only a month after the roof was laid - I am very glad that I did get the roof in place before the winter.
The winter weather might not invite to finish the missing details, but firing up a snow covered oven certainly has its own charm! :-)
A little snow survives in the corner outside a very hot oven.
No smoke is seen during the firing apart from the initial phase, but smoke is observed while baking because steam is escaping from the closed oven.
